I enjoy making clients happy, give comfort and assisting them getting back their independence.
I have experienced working in care home settings providing holistic care and assisting them with physical and emotional support needs in order to meet their daily needs of the clients. Previous role included making written observation of what I do and up to date record of clients administration medication. These included assist the elderly, disabled, terminally ill clients in their homes and sheltered housing. Alongside assisting clients with their independence.
My duties included personal care/hygiene, making meals, administrating medication, using hoist- transferring clients from bed to chair and chair to bed.
I play a vital part in maintaining healthy and safe environment ensuring that resources are used effectively avoiding to health providers guidelines.
